Aliya Capital Group ("ACG") helps large institutional investors with their fundamental research by hosting corporate access calls with technology companies. All calls are approved by the company's investor relations department and are not expert network calls.

ACG publishes a weekly summary of all hosted calls. Published reports are only distributed to Aliya Capital's limited client base.

All calls are based on clients' requests and including domestic and international companies in the technology media and telecom sectors.

In order to maintain the highest compliance standards, Aliya Capital is not an investment bank, does not have assets under management and employees are prohibited from personally buying securities mentioned in ACG reports. A detailed summary of Aliya's compliance procedures and policies is available upon request.

We have relationships with most softdollar/CSA firms to facilitate payments.
